I have been a customer at Eddies for the past 20 years. I was delighted to learn that Campbell and Giselle (known to me) took over the business in 2020. The excellent choices of fresh seafood has continued and changes to the layout of the shop have improved the customer experience. This is a first class fishmonger run by a couple passionate about their business and great value for money. The service is always very friendly and helpful with opportunities given to experience a wide range of seafood with simple advice on preparing new dishes.

Incredible freshness, expert staff, and real value — a gem for seafood lovers!

As someone who truly appreciates quality seafood, I was thoroughly impressed with my visit to Eddie’s Seafood Market. I picked up red snapper fillets, clams, and a beautifully prepared dressed crab — all incredibly fresh and full of flavour.

The staff were not just friendly, but genuinely knowledgeable, offering cooking tips that made the dishes shine at home. I turned my haul into a restaurant-quality meal: pan-seared the snapper, steamed the clams in white wine, and enjoyed the crab on its own - no extras needed!

The market itself is spotless and well-organised, and the variety available is fantastic. Prices are fair for the quality you get, and it’s clear they take pride in sourcing properly.

Whether you’re a serious home cook or just want something fresh and special for dinner, Eddie’s is a must-visit. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back!

Frequently go to Eddie for seafood. Excellent service and quality of seafood.
Today, they recommended me for a stone bass.
Got the head and body for 1KG.
Steamed the stone bass and it’s excellent. Great taste.
I cooked the fish head with kimchi, leek and tofu. Perfect dish for my friends.
